They might tell you they do, they might complain a lot. But ultimately these people will just continue on their routine and never actually do anything. It's been that way since forever. it's not a new thing.Mother nature wants a nice ratio like this because not everyone can be a manager or leader of the group, worker bees are needed. Ones that will grow the food and bring it to people. Build or repair houses. And so on.Things will only change when there is a counter elite. That might be a faction of the existing elites splitting off and creating new ones. It might be the ones on the second rungs of the ladder deciding it's worth the risk to go for it. Similar to when there are some coups, it's often the rank below general that might kill the general and some politicians and then make themselves dictator.But ultimately whatever form it takes it needs backing and enough support from people at the top. The people at the top don't even have to be all from your country, sometimes outside elites will put resources into causing a government to flip, we see it with colour revolutions. But most people's disappointment about why nothing has happened is because they still cling to a lie that one day, the peasants will all just revolt by themselves. The peasants might be used as part of some revolut, it's damn good for keeping police/military busy but it's not what's going to replace the existing leadership of a country and take it in a different direction. Which should be the end goal.
