Germany did have nuclear power plants. Between the coal lobby and the Russian gas lobby and the American/Qatari LNG lobby, it was largely decommissioned. Renewables are also in play, but you can obviously come to your own conclusions on how the occupying power views German energy autarky.

nuclear energy is about 5% of china's energy infrastructure. any of you people trying to pretend "nuclear is cool cuz china does it! and it works for them!" are deceptive and misrepresenting facts, per usual.nuclear energy is not a feasible solution to our energy needs. you need to do what china, and the rest of the world, has done, which is build wind farms and solar farms, motherfuckers.
