I honestly am underpaid now and am looking for another job but I now am at the pay where I make enough to do full company 401k match plus max roth IRA and still have some money to spend having fun. But not enough to where I can afford a house or have a few vacations a year like my family did growing up with my dad working a warehouse job. But that wage gap is brutal to live through, some people never get out of it and become trapped kind of how I am feeling but at a much lower wage. I know the government will never fix this issue because corporations control politics in this country but eventually people will realize it isn't worth working and start to take more violent action if they don't fix the issue.
