>>539979515That's a Ryan Homes type neighborhood. The right neighborhoods have trees all around and plenty of lawn/garden space. They are also on hills/uneven ground most of the time. You have to find the right balance of compaction and natural scenery to make a good neighborhood. You can also take another route and live in a rather large house in the middle of a field. The houses in my town are mostly near farm fields and have lots of space to themselves. The idea that most of us live in (or want to live in) these dense hellscapes is untrue.
