My pepper garden has been great this year, although I skipped the super-hots because I still have so much dried powder left. A little goes a long way with reapers. Tried a new plant just called “super peppers” and it’s yielded massive amounts, theyre great for salsa and about as spicy as a cayenne. My habaneros sucked this year, I think I put them outside too late and they missed prime pollination.

I tried it for the first time and I fucked up a lot of stuff and the heatwave finished off what was still alive. I have a plant graveyard in my patio now.Today I got myself a large bag of potting soil and a bunch of seeds. I'm dumping everything and starting from scratch with a bunch of perennials that I selected for my climate and that are a bit more resilient to human mistakes.
