It's not a shithole, you're just poor and hang out with the Mexicans. I lived illegally in Los Angeles in the mid 2010s and had a great time and everyone I knew was White. It's as much of a shithole as it was in the 80s, but the difference is the non shithole parts are more expensive now so most people end up intermingling with Mexcrement.
