I've read about 1/3 of it and the only thing this "promises" to do is create more city bureaucrat jobs.
But possibly I missed something. Tell me which part of this is most likely to help you get your small business off the ground in the next year?

Translation: we're completely removing any and all requirements for 3rd worlders to set up open air markets, stolen phone stores, and blatant money laundering operations
>>
Actually he is also proposing lowering fines for food service violations, so that should help you guys all start a kebab stand, a learing center, or a bodega.
>>

Read the PDF for yourself. Mostly it's just creating new make-work do-nothing government "task force" jobs and dropping a few hundred bucks worth of old fines.
>>
Oh, and letting private sector (connected party hacks) also get paid to do trainings.
>>
More trainings and an employee of the month program for city health inspectors should really help me get that new business off the ground!
>>
Once we hand-select a new task force to have focus groups every 10 days, businesses will be springing up like spring flowers. That's what was holding people back before was not enough government task forces having regular meetings to discuss issues!
>>
You'll even get your own case manager when you try to set up your kebab stand.
>>
When he lays off govt workers en masse due to implementing tech in every aspect of operations he will be an innovative progressive. Until then it's just bureaucrats churning in bureaucracy spinning nowhere.
>>
I really can't wait for the city and state to streamline the process of getting my barber shop license!

Mamdani could cure cancer tomorrow and chuds would find a way to twist it into something bad.
