But anyway, IQ ceiling potential is 100% hereditarily inherited from our ancestors. China had an average low IQ only 50 years ago too, but in their case it really was related to poverty and lack of access to education. In the USA, Chinese people have some of the highest IQ averages, and are replacing whites in careers that require advanced degrees in math and science. Black and Latino people on the other hand experience only a very slight increase in IQ from being born in America, just a few IQ points on average higher than blacks in Africa. In the case of black Latino people we can rule out poverty and racism for their low IQ potential, and rule in subpar genetics. The problem is with retards that lack nuanced thinking abilities and can't accurately analyze data they observe.

Most of the peoples there have evolved to be hyper aggressive, and, as a result, relatively "mindless" (by civilized standards, of course). As such, aggressive cultures with no particularly notable foresight and future planning arise around them. This is all incredibly basic grade school-level critical thinking. These sorts of facts are NATURAL for your average civilized citizen to come to. The problem, of course, being that modern civilizations are largely subjected to some 50 or so straight years of brainwashing and shaming against such natural thought.
