In this Oxford debate, the woman said that Muslims are disproportionately overrepresented among those making reports to counterterrorism. Perhaps because it's their own people who are a danger, and they live and are educated in enclaves? She says it's the mothers and fathers reporting that something is wrong. In others, their children who ought to be more integrated than them are a bigger danger. She then goes on to claim the community people frame as a threat are one of our most reliable lines of defence. They wouldn't be a threat at all if they weren't here. The rest of it was just her reinterpreting verses to try to put Islam in the best light. As if her pick and mix approach is what's practiced in the world. There was also an attempt to claim grooming gangs are most commonly white using the Home Office study that claimed that while providing data that showed the opposite. It wouldn't be complete without her mentioning the CSA report that claims 89% of sex offenders are white. Of course, if you use their own numbers and don't exclude defendants whose ethnicity was unknown, the actual stat is 62%. Tommy, as expected, was completely useless at pushing back on this. Probably a line of coke too many and thoughts of how successful his next crypto scam will be distracting him are to blame.
