The jannies would either need to be removed entirely or a stricter criteria for how they are chosen must be applied. Also range ban india and israel, bring back the IP counter, add poster IDs for every board, make all bans appealable, have punishments for mods and jannies who overstep their bounds. Make shilling bannable.
