The average age of congressional lawmakers in the House of representatives has risen from 54.4 years between 2001 and 2003 to 57.9 years today. In the Senate, the average age rose from 59.8 years to 63.9 years in the same period.
No way the average is that low
something people rarely talk about is how much dominance old people have over politics. i mean really old people like 75+. they dont just retire, they keep trying to pull the strings, always writing books and articles and trying to argue with the same people they were arguing with 50 years ago over the same things.
