Teenagers probably shouldn't have guns. When i was a teenager I got bullied a lot and if I had access to guns I would have shot all those kids for bullying me. How come nobody ever asks if they deserved it? In my opinion, shooting school bullies is a good thing. Obviously it's tragic and bad, but it does put fear into other kids who may think twice about bullying. Whenever I hear about a school shooting I always assume the bullies got what they deserved. Dead bullies with their brains splashed all over the classroom wall makes me feel a kind of cathartic glee. I think if I ever met any of my grade school bullies I would press my thumbs into their eyeballs until they die.

Then, after a certain point... I realized I had become the bully myself. Understanding why bullying happens from the inside doesn't excuse the behavior, but it does help you forgive it. We're all shaped by our environments, in one way or another. Once I made the connection between how bullying used to make me feel and how I made others feel when I bullied them was a paradigm shift for me, personally. I hate bullying more than I ever have, still, but I realized that I can hate the behavior without hating the person.
