They only have pipelines that lead to the United States. So, even if they hate America, they can't do anything about it. America is going to prevent anyone from using Venezuelan oil. Not that it was being used anyway, as there were no facilities for it. But America is going to prevent Venezuela from building facilities. They ended that regime. Canada really can't do anything anyway.

They really can't. Ultimately, whether they complain or not, they can't do anything besides trade their oil with the United States. If Israel controls the oil in the Levant area, which they are allowed to do up to Egypt, then Egypt will not help guard the strait. This allows Israel to take control, expand, and help America control the world's oil. That leaves just Russia, and I'm sure Europe isn't eager to beg them for oil.
