Most of the problems plaguing civilization (violence, rape, etc.) are caused by an excess number of males. If we were to annihilate most of them (while allowing the top 20-30% to govern the females), then most of those problems would be solved or reduced. I suppose we could also cull 10-20% of females, but that wouldn't accomplish as much. From a eugenicist perspective, I can't see anything wrong with this.
