Guys so here is the deal.McDonald's in Japan tastes like McDonalds of the 1980s. I think because of beauracracy and food laws, but it's not easy to turn food into goyslop here. So I didn't love McD in the US, but here it's pretty good. For breakfast, it's convenient for me to sit there and chill. It's generally busy but obviously dinnertime is crazy. Here the meat is less greasy. The apple pies are still fried, the Nuggets are a little less greasy. The cheese tastes like a combo of American and cheddar, it's not like the orange color we have in the states when it gets cold. I miss the fresh all beef quarter pounder made from fresh beef sometimes but you can get a samurai Mac with no sauce fo replicate that plain taste. Fries are about the same when they are hot. There is no "no salt" or "fresh fries only" hack here. No biscuits. We get new flavors every month, and they have savory pies like Philly steak which is like the apple pie but fried. I avoid those to stay fit.
