There is a russian character feature called "avos pronesiot" which translates like "hopefully this won't happen", thus they don't bother with insurance and safety. Thus those wildberries could grow so fast as it didn't bother investing inti safety. There was a huge fire on one of their warehouses before any ukrainian attacks. Whole building was on fire.If you look up russian news, you can find dozens of such accidents. Like one huge chemical plant had a leaking valve and workers didn't even bother to fix it for years.
