>>540123883all else equal, a smaller locality would mean higher risk premium, but in reality a country with low debt and a good economy would benefit (lower rates) by decoupling from the shittier countries using their shared currency. so if luxembourg no longer is on the hook for greece or fartugal's debt, then it should lower luxembourg's rates, and raise greece/fartugal's.
