Unpopular opinion, tex mex is the sloppiest over rated food there is. People spend hundreds on on sloppy meals that are pre-prepared and taste like communist slop kitchen porridge. Every menu is the same confusing mix of slop + rice and beans. The total cost to cook a 4 person meal is like .05 to .55 cents but it's sold for 50.00+. Nothing on the menu is in English. There's never any pictures. It's like a glory hole of slop that costs an arm and a leg. Women are addicted to it for some reason. I think anyone who's ever worked in the restaurant industry knows how much bushit slop that texmex food really is. Scooped and sitting under heat lamps and shit. Like that scene in Vegas Vacation buffet choosing the blue or yellow slop.
