>>540141352i'm a bay aryan who's seen most of my peers leave because of the huge influx of jeetsgrowing up here you have poor and rich friends and the upper middle class friends who have properties to rent have to put up with waves of stingy cheating jeets and foreigners who have no common sense and etiquette. having a grandma's house or like a parents old condo to rent was already a necessity to have comfortable income and support a family in the bay 20 years ago now it's a non negotiable to survive anywhere in california unless you wan to be rent scum. this is why many are opting to buy land in cheaper locations instead of staying local.there's nothing wrong with getting some passive income and being a decent person to help a stuggling local but most people have become cold hearted and greedy so they try to milk as much out of the situation as possible renting to foreign surplus labor scum. a little rent hustle before the giant real estate firms and foriegn money disrupted the market used to be an essential vehicle for generating long term wealth in this country.
