Being able to buy heroin easily at the local store would make it effectively impossible to quit really. >>540170952Common misconception. Often the issue is heroin that is too pure/strong.A lot of overdoses happen with relapses. A person becomes and addict and builds up high tolerance to heroin so they need a bigger amount. Then they stop for a while to try to quit. They come back but with reduced tolerance and they OD. Consider the alternative. All recreational drugs are legal but only in specific zones set up by the government. Illegal to do it anywhere else. If you want to do crack or heroin you have to go to a specific part of the country where it is legal and it is a bit like the wilderness in RuneScape. That area is cordoned off with minimal rules.
