I think this is the solution to most of our problems but obviously won't happen because of christcucks. However should that really be the case? Why is it the government's job to stop people from going to Hell? Instead of "don't want a baby, don't have sex" it should be "don't want an abortion, don't have sex"We need to stop making babies a punishment for irresponsible behavior because all that does is reward the irresponsible with genetic fitness. They only have to take care of the child for 18 years but society has to deal with them for the rest of their life.This is why children should only be had by a set of two parents who are financially sound enough to take care of them. This is why child protective services needs to see if people are capable of having children before they are born and people need to have a license to have children.It wasn't too long ago that the infant mortality rate was 1/2 to 1/3 so most babies never made it for the vast majority of human history. Also do you really think most poor mothers have what it takes to raise a child that won't end up going to Hell anyway? If they are aborted they get spared the furnace and the mother has the rest of her life to atone for her sin. All the child has to do is get shot on the streets doing some gang stuff and they are set for eternal torture instead of chilling in Heaven with all the other dead babies.
A licensing regime is superfluous. Just segregate society and stop subsidizing spic and nigger reproduction. What happens on their side of the fence doesn't have to be our problem.
