The US SPR has drawn down from 415M barrels at the start of the war to 308M barrels now. Analysts have predicted a hard cutoff of 250M-300M barrels (an estimate quietly confirmed by the DOE) before the USGov retains the remainder for critical national security purposes. In other words, it can't give the public the oil all the way to SPR = 0. It needs some to govern the apocalyptic hell it's creating. The current rate of consumption is approximately 4M barrels per week. That leaves us 2 more weeks or AT MOST 3 months before the SPR tap is cut off to the public and gas prices skyrocket.
