Lowery Road and Colossus II at 5420 Tulane Road.>Darana Hybrid claims it performed work at Colossus I from March 10, 2024, to June 23, 2026, and at Colossus II from February 27, 2025, to June 23, 2026. The company argues that it is owed $18,646,622.43 for the work at Colossus I and $118,246,160.35 for the Colossus II work. >The liens allege a total of $136,892,782.78 in unpaid work. there is more to the story. if you have an agreement and one side does shoddy work then you are entitled and expected to withhold payment until it is fixed. it's not a first resort either so this "contractor" mustve been dogshit and messed a lot of things up and still demanded payment
