The greater concern is that the interceptors don't work very well. But since it is impossible to self-reflect or acknowledge opponents, I don't expect improvement. It's one thing to cynically manage the public, but that's not the situation here, and none of the new people or the old people in the weapons industries care about 'National Security' and, to be honest, how could they?
