Fixing hardware, setting up shit for departments to use, etc. I've been at this current company for 10 years as a manager and I am mandated by the company to have a certain percentage of the staff be women. I have only ever had 1 competent woman at any level and she was an autist system admin. Even then she was not as good at her job as a man was.At best women can do clerical work. Handling the PO for the department, managing paperwork, etc. The second you get more advanced than that to basic troubleshooting they lose the ability to keep up. Rarely they can keep up but they cannot build systems to plan for the longer term or even simulate if we change x policy then y will happen in their head.I don't hate them, women can handle more tedious repetitive work than men can, but I do hate the push to hire them more. I hate that we pretend they are equal to men. That idea of equality is the greatest trick the kikes ever pulled.
