Electronic Arts is officially a private company. The $55 billion acquisition has been completed, with the company now owned by an investment group led by Saudi Arabia’s. Public Investment Fund (PIF), along with Silver Lake and Affinity Partners. The deal takes EA off the stock market, making it one of the biggest acquisitions in gaming history.
