There is no one European White race. The EU is only a political and financial union. I'm European and I've been in many European countries. I don't know about non Whites, but as European, I can definitely see right away where a White European or Slavic person is genetically from.The difference between Slavs and Europeans is even more obvious than among Slavs or Europeans. Race mixing among different White races is as bad as race mixing with non White races.
