Delayed flights are a mother fucker, but that is part of the game flying in the southeast and midwest. delta gets an A+ for rerouting and taking care of customers with status. You should move to a place better served by not delta if you can. I don't care for drinks and snacks but i do prefer the seat space in F. Delta one suites on international are nice for our carriers too. I don't use lounges i try to minimize time at airport before flight and only on layovers.
