I pointed out in the DUV threads that China has multiple teams advancing multiple projects in parallel, but Dutchfags actually believed China can only afford 1 research team and that they only worked on DUV.

making these lenses is the hardest part. when you can build the entire machine you will be stuck figureing out the lenses. for a very long time.
