Big cities like São Paulo and Rio got some chinese immigrant some decades ago, they went to form pastelarias, that are kinda like fast-food joints that sell pastel (pic rel) among other salgados (fried or baked pastry filled with meat, chicken, cheese or ham), so the chinese are know for this in Brazil. A friend of mine also works with them in the imports area.
