Do you find it odd that the number of cyclospora cases is greatly increasing after the lettuce determined to be the culprit has been recalled and no one is eating it anymore?
I read a while back that some experts think it's socked into the supply chain at this point, that all the factories with their conveyor belts, crates, trucks, the infernal sprayer things in the grocery store, it all contributes to the spread and chlorine doesn't stop it so they're plum out of ideas.From now on for me it's canned veggies, or flash frozen to at least 0F for 30 days, or I will rely on my garden which is producing all kinds of good stuff already and for me it's early in the season.
