Offices used to be cool. My first office job was in 2011 in IT and even then the feminized HR rot hadn't completely taken over yet. Me and the boys would just talk shit all day long, make racist/sexist jokes in our private chatrooms, and get shit done when needed. That environment eroded away and by 2015 was completely gone. Today, the office culture is so gay, fake and retarded, and it's almost entirely due to women taking over. The part I hate most is how fake it is. I literally just scroll my phone about 95% of the day. Nothing real ever gets done anymore because there's so much foid bureaucracy (endless Teams meetings). Before (good ol boys era): just do what it takes to get the shit done.Today: "Let's see if we can get something on the calendar sometime next week for a discovery session, then we can plan some weekly stand-ups". The meetings would then just be clueless foids discussing the project, not knowing what it takes to implement it or really understanding how it should work. Then at some point gets dropped in my lap to actually do and I would ignore everything they discussed and just implement a solution, then more meetings to train them on it and explain why it had to be done this way.Projects that should take 3 days, now take 3-6months.
