I'm 53 and saw the last "normal" year back in the early 1980's in the class of kids one year older than me and somewhat in my own grade. It was a rural community so classes were near each other and occasionally mixed by grade. That's something they ended the following year and yeah, was a part of what kept White birthrates up. You need 12 year old girls with their hormones kick-starting like an antitank rocket and 14 to 17 year old dudes finally chill enough to catch a clue and get with those tween girls. They'll all end up pregnant before their Junior year of HS. Only the plug ugliest girls won't get pregnant by then.. Maybe. Teachers told me that until my year, sometimes not a single girl graduated and all ended up pregnant. In the short term, the only thing that will work is a right wing socialism where women are “conscripted” into the roles of mothers and wives and evaluated on their performance in the family and household. That means at a minimum tax cuts for married women with children and progressive taxes for unmarried women without children increasing from 18 to 36. It also means generous grants, subsidies, and other benefits for wives with children. They’ll be evaluated on how happy they make their husbands and compensated according to their performance. The husband becomes the employer and the state provides the means.
