Inflation is theft. Wouldn’t you agree?
>>540309017No but tariffs are
Why did they update the article for?
>>540309017>Inflation is theft. You are ridiculously close.
>>540309017People should be punished for not reinvesting their assets and stagnating the economy. If this isn't accomplished via property taxes it should be done via inflation.
>>540309017>Wouldn’t you agree?Yes.That is why usury is sin.Embedded in business and used as the basis for currency, it makes the theft impossible to escape. It is civilizational cancer.
>>540309325Charging usury (any interest on any loan) deserves capital punishment.
>>540309017Whachu gonna do bout it?das rite civvie, you ain't gunna do sheit
>>540309017just play the corporate personage negotiable instruments game and you can easily avoid having to ever use cash thereby negating inflationary aspect
>>540309017yes, retarded niggers shouldn't be able to decide when they print money.
>>540309476Pretty much this. Kikes will do anything to keep up the rigged game for themselves
>>540309017Yes, TKD.
>>540309017yes, but this topic is too cerebral for /pol/
>>540309017Cool it
>>540309017Globohomo is theft. Inflation is a public traded company scam. Have a retail store with access to old wholesale. I can see wholesale cost for things sold at lowes and Home Depot. Their markup is insane. Truly straight up theft from customers. Just totally avoid public traded companies or scummy mom and pops. People are so convinced that they can find cheap treasures on the internet. The internet is worse.

>>540309017Its absolutely is theft. Theft committed through counterfeiting. They create money from nothing and in doing so steal from everyone.
>>540309476Modern financial practices are infinitely worse than traditional usury. At least in the old times when you borrowed money they had to actually give you real money. So they were taking a real risk. Now they give you counterfeit tokens they magicked from nothing. This is not even usury anymore, its straight up fraud.
They actually changed the definition of inflation for official purposes to include elements of price gouging so as to completely avoid admitting the last 10 years of 'inflation' have mostly been price gouging. I.e. they now say any general increase in prices is inflation. They want to avoid the fact of gouging. Why? Because price gouging is deliberate wealth extraction. They wanted to do it just to recoup on covid stimulus checks but they don't see any reason to stop. For everyone that is out of work for the long term someone else pays more. Record profits that outpace fake inflation contraindicate inflation.
>>540310365Absolutely trueYour pound sterling used to actually be a pound (12 troy ounces) of sterling silver. That's £550 today.
>>540309476Loans should have flat return amounts determined at time of contract. Non bullshit loans work like this: I borrow $1000 from you today. In return, 5 years from now, I owe you $1100 back. I paid you back more than I borrowed, but the terms were clear and how much I owe you is unambiguous and unchanging. The loaner has made a profit on the deal, which is what encourages them to make loans in the first place, everybody wins. Modern, completely bullshit, lending works like this. You borrow 40,000 for student loans. You spend 2 years paying them back at the minimum payment. You do the math and it shows that after two years you've paid back $9,000... and still own $39500 because the minimum payment is designed to not meaningfully drive down the principal and keep you stuck in a never-ending interest treadmill to extract the maximum amount of money from you as possible over time. THAT shit is straight up theft.
>>540311391Also true.In a 10-year loan, honest terms (no matter how interest is computerld), making all minimum payments on time should have the principal reduced by 50%The current system (30 year/6%) only has you pay down 32% of the initial balance by that time. And the bank doesn't expect you to keep it that long, maybe 10 years, tops.At that 10-year mark you've spent $72000/100k of the initial balance, and only have $18.5k in equity.
>>540309017inflation, taxes, usury, all of it
