US imports of Saudi crude hit zero in July 2026 - the first full month without any since 1985 - per Bloomberg citing preliminary US Energy Department data.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2026-08-06/saudi-crude-shipments-to-us-plunge-to-zero-as-oil-refiners-pivot

Earlier in 2026, US refiners bought over 800,000 barrels per day from Saudi Arabia. Shipments halted due to months of disruptions from the US-Iran conflict, which largely shut down Persian Gulf crude flows (including Strait of Hormuz risks). US refiners pivoted to alternatives, notably Venezuelan crude (rising to 600,000 bpd in July from 100,000 earlier). Occasional zero weeks had occurred before, but never a full month in over 40 years.

Meanwhile:

The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) dropped to 308 million barrels (-3.8M last week), the lowest since March 1983. Its the 18th straight weekly decline; SPR has fallen 108M barrels (-26%) recently. Commercial crude stocks also hit lows.

https://www.oilpriceapi.com/data/inventory/spr
https://www.eia.gov/dnav/pet/pet_stoc_wstk_a_epc0_sas_mbbl_w.htm

The growing depletion is caused by huge releases (another 172M barrels planned) to offset Iran war disruptions, especially Strait of Hormuz issues affecting 20% of global oil flows.
>>
European petroleum reserves that keep economies gling are also rapidly declining amid the Iran war supply shock (Hormuz disruptions). IEA members (incl. Europe) released 290M of a planned 400M barrels in coordinated emergency draws. OECD Europe commercial stocks fell. Jet fuel and some products hit lows; overall buffers tighten like the US SPR.

https://www.bruegel.org/analysis/europe-must-prepare-possible-oil-supply-crunch

Bruegel analysis warns Europe faces a n oil volume crisis as commercial and emergency reserves fall due to the Iran war/Hormuz shock. Global supply remains 12.8 mb/d short; EU is highly import-dependent. Jet fuel stocks in key ARA hub dropped below 70% of 5-year average by mid-May; crude/diesel more stable but overall buffers eroding. Bruegel calls for demand cuts, no further SPR releases, and faster green transition.

OECD stocks drew heavily (e.g., 62M in June alone, much from government). Europe commercial stocks fell several mb monthly (e.g., 5M in May); effective draw 1+ mb/d regionally amid ongoing shortfalls. Reserves burn faster if disruption persists.
>>
as winter approaches
>>
and grain shipments are also restricted from ukraine/europe and drought further threatens grain supply
>>
Meanwhile China entered the Hormuz crisis with 1.4 billion barrels (worlds largest SPR + commercial). Official SPR stayed largely intact/stable; limited commercial draws only (1 mb/d at peaks). Beijing avoided major IEA-style releases.

https://www.rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/commentary/china-has-not-escaped-middle-east-it-has-learned-live-risk

The Chinese reduced imports by 30-50% (to 6.4-8 mb/d lows from 11+ mb/d pre-war), cutting global demand by 3-4+ mb/d. This eased price pressure and rescued the market - analysts note that Chinese purchase reduction prevented oil hitting $200.

https://finance.yahoo.com/energy/articles/china-collapsing-crude-oil-imports-033314853.html

Drivers of the Chinese success: pre-crisis stockpiling + gradually incressed domestic production + EV boom (displacing 1.35 mb/d oil in H1 2026) + electrification + weaker demand/refinery cuts. China absorbed the shock while helping stabilize global balances without draining its oil reserves at all.

Meanwhile Westoids drain their reserves as fuck xD

Thank you, prince popiel
>>
Now post how much they had to buy from Russia
>>
>>540342473
>>540342547
As long as Bab al-Mandab and Hormuz Straits are closed by Iran/Houthis, the Westoid reserves will be declining rapidly. Looks like Westoids are too weak to change it. The only hope in mRNA vaccines aka reduction of demand xD
>>
>>540342788
I am in oil and gas business and you are as usually full of shit and have zero idea what is going on.
Europe will take care of themselves. The "green energy" they forced down everybodys' throats works great right now. A
There are bigger problems with droughts than with lack or price of oil.
But how would retards like you know anything about it.
>>
>>540342902
>price of oil.

Pfff xD Western benchmarks (ICE Brent, NYMEX WTI) are heavily influenced by futures, options and speculative positioning by hedge funds/money managers. Large net long/short swings (managed-money shorts hitting multi-year highs) drive volatility and detach paper prices from physical supply/demand in the short term. Contango/backwardation and high open interest amplify this. On the other hand Asian physical markets (Dubai/Oman) and China-focused trading track cargoes, floating storage, and actual deliveries more closely, with less pure financial speculation thats why their prices are more realistic.

Your European green transition fully relies on China. China dominates: 75% of global EV production, +90% battery cells, vast solar/wind capacity and manufacturing. EV sales share are far higher in China ghan in richest Euroopean countries. Massive domestic deployment works at scale with integrated supply chains. Europe lags in volume and speed (slower EV penetration, much higher costs). Renewables expansion in Europe has raised system costs (grid upgrades, intermittency, subsidies) and exposed energy deficits during crises, while China pairs rapid green build-out with continued fossil flexibility.

Europe relies heavily on China for solar panels (98% of imports), lithium-ion batteries (88%), inverters, rare-earth magnets (98%), and key battery materials. Disruption would halt or severely impair production, installation, and maintenance of much of Europes solar, wind, EV, and storage infrastructure, as domestic capacity remains limited and more expensive. And such disruptions are possible amid geopolitical turbulences
>>
>>540342902
kek, you "insiders" are fed the worst propaganda
>I am in oil and gas business
>The "green energy" they forced down everybodys' throats works great right now
kek what a fucking retard. GDP (growth) is directly correlated with energy use. As energy sources worldwide are cut off, GDP will 100 % drop hard and with it, all illusions that you retards try to sell because all governments will fall and jews will lose all control of world finances. And with it, control of lies through media.
>>
>>540343577
Westoids have yet few months of sweet delusions before all physical reserves get fucked to zero.
>>
>>540343711
According to optimistic calculations and assuming todays level of Hormuz/Bab al-Mandab dusruptions sustained full dual closure could pressure products in 6 months and force severe rationing later, but total European reserves reaching absolute zero would take few more months (likely 10-12) under current substitution rates. Critical products hit constraints first.

Saudis paid Houthis a lot, with a premium since the Epstein Furry started, but Iran is far more important for Houthis than Saudis petrodollars. When Iran ordered them to put blockade on Saudi ports in retaliation to Saudi participation in war vs Iran, they didnt hesitate even for a second and hit two Saudi tankers with missiles and later turned one of Saudis refineries offline with a precise drone/missile strike defeating multilayered US-American AD.

A Yemeni journalist reported that Saudi Arabia has been transferring tens of millions of dollars every few months (via Yemens central bank) to cover salaries/budgets in Houthi-controlled areas under 2023 roadmap understandings. Official packages formed part of up to $1B/year commitments. Described as de-facto “protection money” that kept Houthis quiet initially so funds would continue flowing before they joined the fight.

Since when the Chinese live in Canada? You are just a degenerate westernized diaspora. The West (especially USrael) declared few wars on China already since 2019: trade one (lost), technological one (lost), and now it tried some kinetic adventurism and got its ass kicked by Iran. Doesnt look good desu.

Trump knows his place when it comes to China. Whenever he gets uppity and starts sanctioning for no reason, the Chinese government in retaliation withhold rare earth materials from the US. Trump ends up backing down and takes down his sanctions a few days later. The status quo currently benefits both the US and China. It might not benefit Iran or Russia but who gives a fuck.

Józef Orzeł is a Russian Jew from Kharkov. Super-duper patriot, Solidarity (first CIA colour revolution) legend, pro-Ukraine, pro-USrael, veeeery anti-Russian, supported COVID vaccination and you dont even need to look at his CV to know that he is a Jew, the face tells everything. KOR/Solidarity, all of this was full of Jews who were tasked by the West to do the Maidan-hohol tier stuff here. Dumb Pollocks led by these Jews were organizing strikes all over the country which eventually led to production collapse and they lacked even a toilet paper in the end xD Choosing this hillybilly pedophile Wojtyla as the Pope was the USraeli/CIA scheme too, btw whose only goal was a political destabilisation in Bolanda

Iran and Russia in their current state are useful because they are forced to sell oil at a discount to Chinese companies (they have no other choice)

But if these two countries threaten an oil crisis or nukes, their plan will be countered immediately. The status quo is far more important than these two.

USrael doesnt want the status quo tho. It stirs up shit all the time. It wont stop as long as the dollar-based system is not destroyed
>>
>>540346683
What are you smoking? The USD is the reserve currency in the world. The status quo is plenty advantageous for the US and gives them strong leverage in the international order. Xi wants a win-win relationship with the US, he doesn't want to go ape shit like what the Russians and Iranians are doing in their own regions.
>>
>>540346766
China systematically erodes USD dominance through the CIPS payment system, which serves as a SWIFT alternative for RMB settlements. More than half of its trade is now settled in yuan rather than mostly in USD as previously. It maintains extensive bilateral currency swap lines with partner nations. The e-CNY digital yuan combined with the mBridge CBDC platform enables direct cross-border payments outside traditional systems. Yuan-priced oil, LNG, and commodities deals along with Shanghai futures further promote its currency. Steady gold reserve accumulation diversifies away from dollars. BRICS and Belt-Road initiatives push local-currency trade while expanding offshore RMB markets. These efforts build parallel infrastructure that reduces USD leverage and sanctions exposure, challenging your imagined pure win-win acceptance of the status quo kek
>>
>>540346843
>China systematically erodes USD dominance through the CIPS payment system
Selling off USD and replacing it with domestic currency is good and it doesn't challenge the status quo too much. You don't want to be like Japan.

Challenging the status quo will only happen when China refuses USD as payment for goods but that will never happen, arms Iran/Russia to the teeth or decides to reunify with Taipei. Neither of these are on the agenda. China thinks in decades like how a chess grandmaster sees in 20 moves that he has checkmate
>>
>>540347035
Yeah, no-rush is the best strategy amid the Wests decay, and China gains massively on the status quo. But the West (especially USrael) seems to aggressively accelerate. We will see xD
