A witness told officers they saw someone inside a silver Toyota Sienna throw multiple kittens from the vehicle while driving along Osborne Road toward Peachtree Road.The witness provided officers with the vehicle's license plate number and a description of the driver, police said.Responding officers searched the area and found a dead kitten in the roadway near the 2700 block of Osborne Road.Investigators later identified the vehicle involved and determined Tobon Henao was driving it at the time of the incident, according to police.
