The phenomenon of the Wild Hunt appears in nearly every northern European culture. It's found among Celts, Germanics, and Slavs. The idea of spectral riders appearing in the sky is ubiquitous in European folklore regardless of culture, language or ethnicity. It's a unifying concept across multiple European polytheistic belief systems. Really makes you think, huh.

>>540356931I'd love to believe in previous civilizations bring a thing but there would be definitive proof that anyone could find. Namely chemical or nuclear remains. No isotopes or irregularly irradiated areas or deposits have been found, nor have other things like plastics or artificial chemicals been found in nature. Also, there would be signs of mining or mass resource collecting. There would be markedly less resources already available to us than what we currently have if previous civilizations had been around. Oil and gas deposits, too.
