What type of tortilla you use and what you put inside of it is what makes it healthy/unhealthy for the retards that think it will make you fat and weak.Here's what I usually eat for my breakfast burritos.- Three pasture raised eggs (brand doesn't matter, I get mines from Sams or Aldi, just make sure its pasture raised.)- Half a portion of a whole Roma Tomato (make sure to clean with water, especially if not organic.)- Two or three chopped green onions stalks. (Ditto on the cleaning, unless you enjoy dirt.)- About three to four ounces of chopped turkey slices (I get Oscar Meyer slices from Sams, or the ones with less sodium in Aldi)- Two to three tablespoons of Costco brand avocado oil in a pan. - Three Ole brand extreme wellness keto wraps.- Salt to personal preference.Whisk three eggs in small bowl, salt to preference and let sit while you do other prep. Get your pan and put oil in it. Put on low heat. Chop your half tomato and put in pan first. Put heat up to medium low. Chop your onion and put that in second. Chop turkey and put last. Put on medium heat an move around until water is evaporated and only oil is left (if your pan is leaving behind black burnt residue, its too hot/you need to move food around more.) Add whisked eggs and cook until fluffy NOT burned. Heat tortillas in skillet for 10 seconds both sides. Now split scrambled eggs evenly between the three tortillas and enjoy.
