>>540364262It's not art. Art is where a human picks out something interesting and depicts it. The rest of the depiction may be abstract or filler but there is something (or many things) the artist found interesting that they are trying to communicate. These are the same things you might find interesting if it were real. AI art is more like literature. You type in a prompt and it's served up. No insight is added. Even work for hire has some of that. The only overlap with real art is where a human has looked at a bunch of art results and picked one because it was funny or for some other reason usually unintended that it happened to get a reaction out of the human. The added information is the editorial insight from the human. Generally AI 'art' papers over the interesting parts of life while producing strangeness that distracts without informing.
