"Tax the Rich" is a logical fallacy..

if you increase taxes, but DO NOT CHANGE TAX CODES (Exemptions), "the Rich" continue to pay NOTHING...

but the average, UNEDUCATED Democrat is swayed by rhetoric and flowery words and theories - not REALITY
