It doesn't take more tgen a couple hindrdd dollars every 20 or so years in repairs and a good roof on the place to keep mobile homes in perfectly livable condition for pretty much the average life span. My grandfather raised my dad in this trailer, my dad raised me in this trailer, ill raise my kids in this trailer. I'm proud hillbilly redneck stock. But I take care of what I own, repair what I can for as long as I can. Only buy/ replacement at retail value when absolutely necessary.
