We just went through this with MAGA for the last 10 years. They do this every new decade or so. They rebranded themselves as "MAGA" 10 years ago. Then told us "this isn't the old republican party! it's different!". Now they have to up the game by actually officially changing the name of the party. Also, the reason they were like "oh, we won't do foreign wars anymore!" then changed their tune, is because the oil situation in this nation changed. We had fracking oil for a few years which would totally power our country. Then we used it. Now we're out of it, and we're immediately back in the policy of "invading everyone for oil" even after these people began running against these wars. In every case, they make false promises to everyone, then just break them the moment they're in power.
