How is it that Russia and Iran have such high average IQ yet they're absolute shitholes?

China self reports and they cherry pick who takes the test. Anyone who ever spent time on LiveLeak and watched the countless industrial accidents in China knows most of their people are illiterate country folk with an IQ of about 90.
