>>540418058Worked in road design and construction for years. There are hyper specific rules for anything in the right of way. Right of way can be private, city, county or state. Rules are all the same basically. Any “pole” in the right of way needs to be approved and installed in a very specific way so it doesn’t kill or skewer a driver. Flock camera installation does not meet any of those safety standards. Honestly some drivers need to be killed by an improperly installed flock camer to sue the ever living hell up and down the camera access chain. All the current strick object in the right of way codes are all based on tons of lawsuits. Flock came in like a baggy underwear nigger and is invading a restricted area. My guess is they can put them on existing poles because they would have to admit they belong to someone in the chain of government ownership.

If they violate your rights, let them and sue them and then take their house if they lose qualified immunity. Most cops aren't THAT retarded and most will puss out when pushed especially now in the age of auditors and lawsuits.
