Looked up Wikipedia. Says the last Khanate kingdom fell in 1705. Chagatai kept losing chunks. Ilkhanate fell apart before the Yuan Dynasty. Golden Horde got conquered by Russia in the 1500's. This is why history of the Golden Horde is written by a Russian perspective. Because this was the least civilized Mongols who got stuck with the leftovers.
