Instead, they can assign you an idea, with a few other people, that you then put into practice.If you give away 10% of your income to effective animal charities, you can, each year, spare animals from 50,000 years in cages, equivalent to freeing about six chickens per hour from a cage that would have otherwise trapped them for a year. Incubating an animal charity is, I’d guess, many times better than that. So if it’s valuable to spend ten seconds freeing a chicken from a cage that would otherwise trap it for a year, it’s valuable to found an effective animal charity. That is, after all, roughly the value of time spent incubating effective animal charities.
