If you're legitimately America First, you say you'd sacrifice Israel, and then go on to list a bunch of other countries you'd also sacrifice, then turn it around and say that's a hypothetical about survival but talk about what being a good ally entails and talk about our good alliances, like with UK in WW2, like our ongoing alliance with Japan, etc. Point out that it's extremely unreasonable to think that America with all its power and defenses would need to sacrifice another country just to survive.
