Bulgaria,Romania,Greece and Serbia have a lot of them but Gypsy population here is 5-7% but i feel like gypsy admixture overall is 10-15% (so not considered Gypsy but have Gypsy blood)

It happens but it's a small minority.I think a lot of people see swarthy Balkan types as gypsy even though often they're just peasants who worked the land and were exposed a lot to the sun. If they were nerds sitting indoors all day, they wouldn't look gypsy. So if they get fat (because that's the number one thing you must do as a guy here to be taken seriously) and spend a lot of time outdoors, they end up looking similar to gypsies.
