boy, 16, escapes the police for some reason

police uses a civilian car with police lights fitted in it

police stops the boy in a dangerous fashion, he is thrown into bushes

they suspected the boy might have done something illegal because he escaped the police, who would do that?

it happened today, news dont mention what is the boys condition now
