You'd never make it that far down, but even if you somehow did the Earth itself would kill you. You actually don't need to be down that far at all to survive a nuke, unless it drops directly on top of you or is designed to burrow before exploding. An atmospheric explosion generally doesn't penetrate the ground very much. The shockwave would sweep aside buildings above ground but do very little to a bunker even 50 ft below ground.
